Harbor Terms of Use
Use of the App
Use Harbor only on machines you own or have permission to configure as network exit nodes. You are responsible for complying with local laws regarding proxy and tunnel services. Harbor is not intended for users under 13.
Paid Features
Harbor is free and open-source under the Apache 2.0 license. There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or paid features. Cloudflare Tunnel usage is governed by Cloudflare's own terms and pricing.
Availability
Harbor requires macOS or Windows with network access. The bundled cloudflared and sing-box binaries must be compatible with your OS and architecture. Cloudflare Tunnel availability depends on Cloudflare's service status.
