The Pair Privacy Policy
Information Used
The Pair may use project files and code in your local workspace (read and modified by the AI agents you configure), conversation history and agent session data (stored locally on your device), API keys for AI providers you configure (stored locally on your device, never transmitted to The Pair's developers) to provide the app features described on this page.
Storage
The Pair stores all session data, conversation history, and configuration locally on your device. There is no account system, no cloud backend, and no server that receives your data. API keys for AI providers are stored in your local configuration and used only to communicate directly with the provider endpoints you specify.
Permissions
File system access reads and writes project files in your local workspace. Network access communicates only with AI provider API endpoints you configure. No microphone, camera, contacts, location, or photo library permissions are required.
Sharing
The Pair does not collect, transmit, or sell any user data. Your code, conversations, and agent sessions never leave your device except when sent directly to the AI provider endpoints you have configured (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI, Google). The Pair has no analytics SDK, no telemetry, no crash reporting, and no tracking of any kind.
